I have asked my good friend Maddi Clarke to be my model for my magazine
I have chosen her because not only does she have previous modeling experience she fits into the style of my magazine and is stunningly pretty and a role model for all my teenage readers.
Maddi and I will go off to Ruislip Woods to take the photos along with my bridge camera. Maddi has said it is okay for me to style what she wears and I have put my thinking cap on but I want her to appear relatable and 'girl next door' material so I don't want her in something too fancy. As well it will be cold, muddy and we will be in broad public it is important to be practical. So i think just jeans and a nice coat that shows off her stunning figure.
I am going to take photos at close up, medium and long shot so I have variation. looking though other magazines I think the way the subject is standing says a lot if she feels uncomfortable it is likely to be visible in her facial expression so I will have to just take many photos in positions Maddi feels comfortable with. But I will cover all the basics; looking back, sitting down, from above ect.
In addition to this I am also going to set up a home studio with a white wall in my house, I will get Maddi to change into something a bit more dressy and then will get a selection of props and get her to pose with them. I think by doing this I will get some really quirky pictures but still with that glamour look about them.
I am planning to take lots and lots of pictures because it is a lot easier to take more photos and not use them than to set it all up again to take more.
